Reception Area – It was felt that this whole area needed refreshing with a look at the design and height of the seating. – Spring 2012

Reception Desk – To look at making this more welcoming to patients, improve confidentiality for both reception staff and patients and make more efficient use of the back office space – spring 2012.

Work has already been carried out to publicise the Patient Participation Group and many of you will have seen details printed in the various Parish Magazines, on local websites and on our own website.

Appointments are also another area we are constantly discussing and reviewing with the PPG and we would like to take this opportunity to welcome Dr Clare Bodey to the practice team. Access outside normal surgery hours is available on a Monday evening with both GP and Practice Nurse Appointments offered.
